Established in 2018 by Martina Nicolle, Executive and Legal Support Solutions arose out of a need to provide law students approaching the end of their degree with invaluable practical work experience that aligned with the needs of clients in a world of skyrocketing legal fees and billable hours. Coupled with modern technology and the benefit of virtual office spaces, law firms can continue to provide exceptional service without having to focus on the lesser paralegal tasks that can be outsourced more affordably.

"Having worked in a family law practice for nearly five years, I sought to diversify my practical experience whilst at the same time recognised the need for clients to minimise their legal fees, in particular those family law clients who faced financial hardship in their fight for their family. Simultaneously, my fellow university students lamented their lack of practical training in the legal profession and expressed envy that I had the opportunity to work in a law practice. This got me thinking of a way in which I could use my experience in a legal practice to marry both needs to result in a mutually beneficial relationship with all parties and from that the concept for Executive & Legal Support Solutions was born.
Endeavouring to connect lawyers & barristers with final year or mature age law students, law firms can provide invaluable experience to up & coming legal professionals, at the same time discounting legal fees for more vulnerable clients, who might otherwise be unable to afford to exercise their legal rights. Law students can not only familiarise themselves with the workings of a law practice but also with the procedures of the various Courts in Australia. It also allows them the ability to experience various areas of law prior to graduation so that they can make a more considered decision as to their ultimate area of practice in law"
